In these unfortunate times of the global pandemic COVID -19  we all have developed precautionary and safety habits like social distancing ,keep away from people and things which once we were carefree about, the things we love to do in day to day life now gives us seconds thoughts should we or not? Just like playing sports with friends and family , Playing sports or doing any physical activities is one of the best health practice a human follows but due to this pandemic things seems to be more complex,People have seconds thought to go out and play or join friends over a game of football or basketball etc because it’s all a contact sport and when there is “Social Distancing ” alarm all over the world people are very hesitant for playing the regular way.But there are sports which can be played at a distance and keeping in mind all the COVID protocols ,lets see what are the sports which can be played and enjoyed at the same time with protocols in mind ,Badminton, Tennis ,Padel tennis,table tennis most of the racquet sports ,to some extent cricket can also be considered to be played with a distance, cycling , jogging ,running, skating etc ….
It’s time to try and explore some new sports in the times of this COVID pandemic and learn some new activities all we need to do is stay positive and stay healthy.
